I started to shy away from small group training/personal trainers because it always felt disingenuous or impersonal. This place is completely different. I went for a group training class and it felt like it was tailored to me. It was the first time a trainer asked about injuries, problem areas, and goals before starting the class. I go to the gym everyday, but that was one of the best workouts I've had in a long time. Really great experience at really affordable prices. Go sweat.

Michael is a wonderful trainer and very attentive to your personal needs and Grace is such a delight to deal with. They make a great team! Class time flies by as Mike keeps you moving from one series of exercises to the next. If you are there on a boxing night it is also great exercise and a lot of fun. I have been going twice a week for around 6 weeks now and I can feel the positive changes in my body. Thank you Michael and Grace!!

A fabulous experience. I'm staying in Boston for a few weeks on business and saw the facility opposite my train stop (perfect after work location). I'd been on a long haul flight from the UK and spent a week hunched over my lap top. Mike - was excellent. Assessed my needs, got me loosened up and then created a very enjoyable cardio boxing and HIT programme. I'm already booked in for the next session! I thoroughly recommend it.
