Having a specific goal in mind? Whether it be weight-loss, performance, or for medical purposes, private training is the most efficient way to achieve your fitness goal.

 

Customized to your unique conditions and requirements, your trainer will guide you through every step, hold you accountable, and continue to challenge you. The knowledge and experiences are your own to keep to build a solid foundation of your fitness journey going forward.

Team Training

 

Whether it be a birthday party, a special event, or just a regular hangout with friends, we can help you create a special memory of working out with your favorite people!

 

By booking a private team training, you have the exclusivity of the entire studio during the workout.

 

You can also choose the music to your like, by either making a theme request or sending us your favorite playlist. The right music will enhance the experience of your special occasion. Team size is 10 people maximum.

 

Group class

It doesn't get any more empowering than being surrounded by dedicated, like-minded people and an inspiring instructor working hard together towards a goal. Encouraged by motivating peers, you will be amazed by how far you can push yourself and achieve a level you've never imagined before. That's the beauty of group fitness classes.

 

It doesn't stop there; we purposefully keep the class size small (no more than 12 people). As each member has his/her strengths and weaknesses, small class size ensures each member receive sufficient attention and corrections for proper forms. 

 

Furthermore, we offer a variety of classes such as Cardio Boxing, Strength and Shape, Tabata, and Yoga so you would get well-rounded fitness development and never get bored.

Through years of learning, practicing and numerous trails and errors, we've figured out an effective system of training that is safe, effective and fun.

 

We don't stop there, in fact, we keep revisiting and revising our existing training approaches and workout programs with the latest discoveries in the fitness industry. We do the search and filter, so you don't have to.

# 2 Every Member Counts

 

We care about every member, whether it's a private session or group class. Our goal is to make sure everyone find what he/she is looking for and get the most out of it.

 

We encourage members to book before the class not only to ensure a spot but also give us time to make the necessary adjustments that best accommodate the attending members' needs.

 

At the beginning of every class, we will also do a quick survey of injuries or pains at the beginning of each class and fine-tune exercises for individuals with special requests.

 

We may not be as exhaust and detail as a private session, but it doesn't mean we won't try. 

# 3 You Can't Beat the Convenience

 

We know you have already a lot going on between life and work, so we try our best to make it as convenient as possible for you.

 

We have class on each day of a week. We alternate class types between cardio, strength and conditioning every other day, so the body focus is well-balanced. We also provide the necessary equipment, including wraps, pads, and gloves. In short, all you need to do is show up, and let us take care of the rest.

 

And one last thing to mention, Location, Location, Location. We are at the heart of Newton Center MA, right by the MBTA Green line D-line Newton Centre Station (less than 50 feet)!
